A: Affiliate Mentor is a Commissionable List Building business. It does this through its products including CORE, CORE Annual, and the VIP Marketers Club.

Q: What commissions may I earn from sharing my Affiliate Mentor system?
A: The commissions for the different products in Affiliate Mentor are as follows:
 

• CORE

  $20 - All Active members are qualified to earn $20 monthly commissions.
  $200 - Qualified CORE Annual members are eligible to earn $200 comms.

  NOTE: Both CORE and VIP qualifications may be earned by making 10 sales. So if any CORE ONLY member makes 10 CORE annual sales they are promoted to CORE Annual and their next 2 - $200 commissions (that member’s CORE Annual sale commissions 11 & 12) are withheld to pay for the Affiliate Mentor CORE Annual membership. Also, any member NOT VIP qualified who makes 10 VIP sales they are promoted to VIP (at the company’s expense initially) but repaid upon the member's next cycle. $297 of $500 would be withheld at that time and the company would be reimbursed.
   

• VIP Marketer's Club

  VIP Commissions are paid upon the completion of 6 VIP product sales being made inside a 2x2 Matrix.

  2x2 VIP Commissions:

  $500 Cycle Commission:
  This commission is paid to the qualified VIP member whose 2x2 matrix is cycled.

  $250 Matching Sponsor’s Bonus:
  This commission is paid to the CORE sponsor of the qualified VIP member who earned the $500 Cycle Commission.
  NOTE: The $250 Matching Sponsor’s Bonus could be paid to a member NOT PERSONALLY QUALIFIED at the VIP Marketer’s Club. This means that VIP commissions may appear inside their Commissions Report even though they are not qualified at the VIP level.

• Spark $25
  Spark Commissions are paid upon the completion of 6 Spark product sales being made inside a 2x2 Matrix.  These sales can be Direct,  Spill Over,  Spill Under, Re-entry,  and Re-order.
  
  2x2 Matrix Spark Commissions:
  $50 per Cycle Commission.  This commission is paid to the qualified Spark member whose 2x2 matrix is cycled.
  
  $25 Matching Sponsor’s Bonus: 
  This commission is paid to the Spark sponsor of the qualified Spark member who earned the $50 Cycle Commission.

Q: How does the 2x2 Matrix work?
A: When you become a member of the VIP Marketer’s Club, you instantly get access to the 2x2 Follow-Me Recycling Matrix offers Fast Leveraged Commissions where you can earn $250, $500 & even $1,000 per cycle if you count the 50% check matches!

When you activate your VIP Business Center, your first 2x2 Follow-Me Matrix is created. Your goal is to fill your first 6 spots to cycle out and get paid. The easiest way to do this is to enroll 2, help your 2 find and enroll 2 of their own. Once your matrix is filled, you earn $500 in commissions and your direct CORE sponsors earn a $250 check match. You then earn a new VIP Product Suite & VIP Business Center, so you can do it all over again!

When you help your team close out all 6 spots using the Follow-Me Matrix, not only do they earn a $500 commission, but you also earn an additional $250!

There are 6 ways to fill your Matrix:

1. Direct sales (as we mentioned above)

2. Spill Over sales - when your sponsor fills one of your spots on your first level

3. Spill Under sales - when one of your team members enrolls someone

4. Re-entry sales - If one of your team members cycles out, they can fill a spot on one of your primary active boards

5. Re-order sales - when one of your team members purchases another VIP Certification Training Package

6. Pass-up sales - If a CORE member brings in a VIP but that CORE member is not qualified, their VIP member will move up to you.

Q: When & How do I get paid by Affiliate Mentor?
A: Affiliate Mentor commissions are paid through a secure online 3rd-party eWallet system called SMSI eWallet. Commissions are paid out through their eWallet which gets set up in a member's back-office. There are 52 sales/commission Cycles per year at Affiliate Mentor, and each sales Cycle runs from 12:01 am Monday to 11:59 pm Sunday.

Providing you have commissions due, commissions are released every Friday of the following week after the close of each sales Cycle and are paid out using your SMSI eWallet account. So if the new Cycle started on August 12th and ended on August 18th, your first commission run would be on August 30th, and then every Friday following that date, as long as you have commissions to be paid out to you.

 

Q: Who is Traffic Authority and how are they connected to Affiliate Mentor?
A. Traffic Authority (TA) is the Parent/Sister Company to Affiliate Mentor (AM) and provides technology & systems, customer support, and billing services. Traffic Authority will appear as the Descriptor on your credit card and bank statements (For Both Traffic Authority & Affiliate Mentor).

Q: Can I use my own 3rd party auto-responder like Aweber or GetResponse?
A: Yes, you may use any autoresponder you wish. However, Affiliate Mentor is only integrated with GetResponse. This integration includes an automated process for your leads, fully loaded autoresponder messages, and Click Cash emails already built into the system here. Any other Email Service Provider you choose or currently have outside of GetResponse will not be integrated into Affiliate Mentor. You will, however, have the option to download your leads and manually import a CSV file into the autoresponder of your choice.

Q: How do I set up my eWallet account?
A. You can start the process by clicking on the My Business tab inside your Affiliate Mentor back-office and then click on the eWallet sub-toolbar to launch your new eWallet and registration page.

Once you have signed into your SMSI eWallet account, there will be several fields to fill in including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and social security number. You may leave the Company Name and Company Tax ID fields blank if you do not own a business.

You will also be asked to upload a valid government ID and form W-9. Setting up your SMSI eWallet account is the same as opening a checking account at a local bank, therefore, proper government ID and form W-9 for US Taxpayers are required and non-negotiable.  The W9 form is not applicable for Affiliate Mentor members who are external to the USA.

 

Q: How do I contact eWallet support directly?
A. Please note that if you reach out to the eWallet support team directly, reference SMSI, not Affiliate Mentor.

Q: What is the Affiliate Mentor refund policy?
A. Affiliate Mentor offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

All subsequent fees after 30 days are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to request a refund for your account before the due date. You may cancel your account at any time, however, you may only request a refund before your first thirty (30) days - this includes Annual memberships.

You may request a refund by emailing the Affiliate Mentor Support Team or by telephoning them direct. 

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of joining, before being charged again for your second month.
